 Indeed, so maybe we should move the checkbox issue in a general, separate,
 ticket. See what was done for the Select All column header #31654.

 Also, was thinking we could make the Plugin Name cell be the row header
 and use the `abbr` attribute, see #32170. If only this worked in all
 browsers :( currently working just in IE/JAWS.
