 Hello,

 I am Pole and I generally don't use Latin characters in filenames, but I
 am working on  headstones's website (yea, fascinating) and I have got
 materials with Latin characters.
 Uploads wrongly passed Latin character "ł" (simple form - "l") and
 converted it to "Ĺ‚".
 Latin characters should be fixed or replaced to simple form like in post's
 and page's title slug.
