 We should use ellipses  `…` / `…` instead of three dots/periods
 `...` e.g `Loading…` not `Loading...`

 This was originally updated in #8714 though since then a few have snuck
 into the codebase

 Getting started with grep: `grep -in "\.\.\." src/ -r`
