 For plugins that have extended the list table class and have defined
 `_column_headers` manually, a default primary column has to be
 "discovered" if none is specified, otherwise the mobile view is empty (for
 at least most tables)

 In [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/25408/25408-22.diff
 25408-22.diff] I've set it so the first non-checkbox column gets set as
 the primary if none is explicitly set.

 Before:
