 Updated patch to PHPMailer 5.2.10 attached - some minor changes to the
 file to remove the NTLM section of code in the SMTP class.

 Please can this one get checked and committed at some point - 4.4 is fine
 but I'm getting disillusioned with creating patches that gather dust or go
 stale.
