 Someone mentioned to me that I should emphasize the ''''''why'''''' behind
 the ''''''what''''''.  So... I've attempted to do that.  It's not really
 about the Network Shared Media Plugin as it is about "how" and "where-do-
 we-look" to fix the issue w/ Network Shared Media no longer working.

 Us multisite folk can pay all we want for more and more storage, but
 unless / until we figure out a solution to the Network Shared Media for
 all of our images, the "media-storage-problem" will continue with an
 indefinite solution.
 That's why we need help.  We need to figure out "What in core made it stop
 working" from 4.01 to 4.1.
 Once we figure out "where / what" change was made, '''''then''''' we can
 start looking in the right place for a solution.
