 The default state is to have the Add Media button (kind-of) in line with
 the Visual/Text tabs.

 I'm wondering how it would look to add a dropdown button to the right edge
 of the Add Media button, so tapping the left side will open Add Media,
 tapping the right side would open the dropdown.

 I suspect the dropdown would also be better overlapping the editor, so
 that we're not moving UI elements around.
