 This doesn't happen in 4.1 any longer. All inline styles are stripped on
 pasting when using the default editor configuration.

 As stated above this depends on the current styles in the editor. The
 actual bug is in Chrome/Safari. There is no way to allow some inline
 styles and remove other, as the editor styles vary (depending on editor-
 style.css in the theme).
