Comment:

 If I'm not mistaken, this is as simple as updating to use wp_die() in
 ms_not_installed().
 Note: dead_db() also calls wp_die() so I suppose that could also be
 another option as Nacin alluded to.

 Adding an action to ms_not_installed() is also a good idea but probably
 should be in a separate ticket, I imagine.
