 Thanks for patching, @Shelob9. This ticket really needs a design and
 content direction first and foremost before it can really be considered.
 Would be great to have some people take point on that.

 I am going to move this out of 4.2 for the moment, it's easily brought
 back as things progress. Putting in Future because I do think it's a
 valuable addition somewhere.
