 Hi Alexander,

 Thanks for taking a close look at this issue.

 On the other hand, adding a clear cut path to the Wordpress PHP files
 would really simplify matters in multisite. My vote is for adding this
 simple universal variable which would be accessed in all multisite.

 PS. I had thought network_admin_url() would get the job done using the
 existing path variables.
