Comment:

 After testing [changeset:31198] it's not immediately obvious what `width:
 100%` is meant to fix, because it doesn't change the UI for the affected
 modal and spinner jiggling. It probably shouldn't have ever made it into
 the commit. In any case, I've added patch [attachment:30725.3.diff] that
 removes it and everything goes back to normal.
