 Note that `#respond` is also hardcoded in [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-includes
 /comment-template.php#L1304 comments_popup_link()] and
 [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-includes/comment-template.php#L1545
 get_cancel_comment_reply_link()].

 [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-includes/comment-template.php#L1358
 get_comment_reply_link()] and [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-includes/comment-
 template.php#L1471 get_post_reply_link()], however, have a `respond_id`
 argument.
