 Query String lines occur? Of course it doesn't break when using a default
 theme and no plugins, there's very few scripts being loaded. I've only
 noticed it breaking when there's 3+ load[] Query Strings.

 Outside of that, when I say a plugin breaking WP Core functionality, I
 meant in the sense that a theme/plugin being able to actually alter the
 load[] function to where it'd be causing it to break the concat/rebuild
 function.

 Lastly, is there anything to worry about simply changing that from 128 to
 something higher? 300? 3000? etc...
