 Sorry, I take my comment back about `get_page_by_path()`. After further
 investigation and testing, I was very much wrong on that one. I'm trying
 to remember why I thought that it would return `null` in that situation, I
 know there was a reason for the extra `get_post` call in the resolve
 function, but for the life of me I can't remember what I was thinking when
 I wrote it. Disregard that part of my previous response. Though if I
 remember what edge case I was trying to account for I'll let you know.
