 This typo appeared in version 4.1.  Still exists in trunk.  Not really a
 biggie, but the IDE is complaining so I thought I would report it.

 The problem is on line 129 of wp-admin/about.php `<h2><?php _e( 'Under the
 Hood' ); ?></h3>`

 Looks like it is supposed to be an opening h3, not h2.
