 It's a comma by default in English and quite a few other locales,
 including cs_CZ, de_DE, he_IL, pt_BR, and ru_RU.

 I cannot reproduce any issues with comma as a delimiter on a non-English
 version. Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a
 default theme (Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Fourteen) activated?
