 I'd like to suggest we do a modal takeover for a credential request.
 Requesting credentials will need to take place in screens that have
 strikingly different layouts (List Table screens, Add Plugins screen, Add
 Themes screen, Update Core screen). A modal takeover is layout-
 independent, and doesn't go against the UX. Example in attachment:'Screen
 Shot 2015-02-15 at 4.09.25 PM.png'.
