 includes/l10n.php#L888 line 899], seems like it should be updated as well.

 Was curious which language doesn't have that key. Looking at the
 [https://api.wordpress.org/translations/core/1.0/?version=4.1 API
 response], it's [https://glotpress.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/730
 Hazaragi] (apparently a language pack for it
 [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2015/02/07/hi-just-wondering-when-a
 -language-code-is/#comment-268746 was recently created]).
