 [attachment:31233.diff] is just a starting point to see how we feel about
 it - doesn't style the link or anything, and I guess it should probably be
 a button element per a11y folks. In any case, I agree with ryan's concern
 about where it leaves your pointer if you're using a mouse or tapping -
 could be interesting to try putting it on the left side instead of the
 right, since that's where you're reading the notice in the first place.
