Comment:

 I agree with this change. The X-Forwarded-For header is the de facto
 standard for load balancers running Linux or Windows at this point and
 should be supported in core.

 There is always going to be edge cases for these types of problems, but
 this fix should apply to most people experiencing ssl termination issues.
