 I'm liking b3, but I'm not sure about removing "Add New Post", and putting
 it into the title field. This screen is also used for editing posts, which
 means there'll be no indicator for what post type you're editing.

 Also, as in the attached screenshot - the "Change Permalinks" button is
 only there if you don't have pretty permalinks enabled. Usually it'll be
 an "Edit" button.
