 Caused by [http://i18n.trac.wordpress.org/browser/zh_CN/tags/4.1/dist/wp-
 content/languages/zh_CN.php#L106 bundled stylesheets] in the zh_CN build.

 Those styles were merged into core in [19825] and should be removed from
 the package.
