 Feels a bit too obscure, especially for newer users. I think
 @marcelomazza's b2 approach is the most effective yet, even if it does add
 a little height. I'm a little worried at how tightly clustered everything
 is, though — with permalinks and view post, the buttons kind of visually
 bleed together.
