 30914.patch looks good. We should move `tfoot` after `tbody` as it is
 [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/tfoot
 explicitly allowed] in HTML 5.0.

 The only thing I'm not sure about is removing `overflow: hidden;` from all
 th and td. Don't see a good reason to change that here.
