Comment:

 [attachment:23988.2.diff] consolidates the patches, makes some string
 tweaks (including string reuse), and starts on some better design and flow
 treatment for the moderation screen. @michael-arestad is going to look at
 some further design treatment, e.g. Gravatar, etc. Screenshots:
