 Today I was creating a image gallery and I noticed that the image alt tag
 is not working. For the image alt tag works I needed to fill the image
 title tag. What strange! The image alt tag is simply ignored by the
 system.

 OS: Win 7
 Server: Hostgator Server Provider
 Browser: Chrome
 Thme: Divi Theme (By Elegant Themes)
