Comment:

 I am no longer in favor of this. The development of the mobile apps is
 fairly Automattic-centric (based on who contributes), and other tools such
 as press this and even core now offer better experiences on mobile
 devices. The tools screen is not well located, and adding more to it
 probably isn't a great idea until a better solution is found. Might make
 more sense to move the info there to the dashboard.
