I would almost say it isn't any different, except we're dealing with a
SAAS product that's actively maintained and can have fixes applied
"easily".
If IE8 was a SAAS product which was actively maintained and used, which
had bugs fixed in it often, then I would be hesitant to completely disable
a feature for that browser too.

Has anyone here reported it to their support teams? It wasn't obvious how
I could do that as a non-user of those products.
