 When browsing the theme files from the '''Appearance > Editor''' screen
 (wp-admin/theme-editor.php), you see the theme files on the right side.

 Two files in the list are missing description - '''home.php''' & '''front-
 page.php'''.

 The attached patch adds file description to those files by updating the
 '''$wp_file_descriptions''' variable that lists all theme-specific files.
