Comment:

 In 35045.8.diff: same as 35045.7.diff but instead of filtering only the
 year/month bit it lets plugins fix all inconsistencies in the attachment
 meta by introducing `wp_calculate_image_srcset_meta` filter. This can be
 used to fix/normalize all sorts of changes made by plugins over the years.
