 I think the grabber should be the full height. Yes, it's close to the
 scrollbar, but I think an accidental scroll or grab isn't terribly
 destructive. I think we can definitely tweak the design a little, though.
 We could probably even make a tab-like section stick out just a tad more
 to give the user a bit more grab room.
