Maybe you don't disable the button, but you do change it's style when
anything has been touched; it could get darker, or a dot on it or
something to let people know a change has happened.
This would also reduce the number of times the "Confirm Navigation" alert
appears. Users would be more aware that there were changes to be saved
before exiting the view.
