Comment:

 After [35953] `$date_format` seems to be unused and should be removed.

 #24766 was about links, in this case we have no links, so what's the
 reason for removing the title attribute for the date?
 Isn't the human time some type of an abbreviation for the full date? Would
 `<abbr>` make sense in this case, see [attachment:35050.2.patch]?
