 Nope. It wasn't in maintenance mode before the update. Also every time I
 have tried there has been no .maintenance file on the server. I have
 checked and double checked. Was the first thing I looked for. It remains
 in maintenance for ages until it times out whether or not the -a flag has
 been set.
