 The full-width lines feel like a lot, especially when you have a long list
 of items, and might confuse the hierarchy a bit. The only items that
 currently have full-width borders are sections.

 width], and dividing up content a bit more can be valuable, but I think we
 might want to be a bit more judicious with where we use them. For example,
