 Hi all

 A bit of an idea here to help the translation of plugins (/ themes )

 Let's add a link to the translation page on glotpress to each plug on the
 plugin page right next to the active / deactivate links

 Rules (suggestions):

 Show only on non eng(US) (maybe)
 Link to the translation page for the current lang
 Query glotpress to get the % done (hide if complete) / show as complete
 (just for the current site lang)

 if we show on eng(US) we should overall stats

 Happy to do the WP code but I don't know what the endpoints we have on
 glotpress to talk to.
