 From my point of view, one of the most compelling reason to write
 acceptance tests using Codeception (WP-Codeception package) is how well
 integrated it already is with WordPress and WP-CLI. When writing tests,
 all WordPress functions are available for you to use and could potentially
 save time in the long run.
