 Hi @Matiss.Jekabsons,
 Thanks for the effort on contributing to WordPress core

 However, this really isn't in scope for the WordPress project. One of
 WordPress's Philosophy is the design for the masses (80/20), and while
 Dashicons only supports a couple of the top 15 websites, Draugiem isn't
 even in the top 25 social networks by a very very long shot by any survey
 I could find. While Draugiem might be very big in Latvia, it's not used by
 very many else (based on it's 2 million user count)

 Unfortunately, this isn't a good candidate for core inclusion for this
 reason.

 However, you could still package what you've created as a plugin at upload
 it to WordPress.org, so users of Draugiem can still get a dashicon for it.

 I'll tag this as close, just in case someone has a convincing (and well-
 supported) ranking that I've missed.
