 As per [https://make.wordpress.org/themes/2015/10/06/screenshot-
 clarification-update/ a recent update], the maximum size allowed is now
 1200x900px. [https://github.com/WordPress/twentysixteen/pull/345 Twenty
 Sixteen] already has a screenshot of that size.
