Comment:

 The docs are good, except that I've asked @SergeyBiryukov for a consult on
 adding a translator comment. I seem to recall that it needs to directly
 precede the string line, but would like confirmation that sandwiching a
 translator comment between a hook and hook doc doesn't screw up the
 parser.
