 When I press the add media button for a post and the popup is displayed
 for the media manager it's not possible to scroll inside the popup. The
 popup has a fixed size but the content can be bigger, and on the desktop a
 scrollbar is added automatically. I have tested it both in safari and
 chrome on my iPad and the same problem on both browsers.
