 If you click on "Background Image" title on Background Image section in
 customizer, Media uploader gets opened and you can select image.

 But in "Header image" section the title "Current header" is not clickable
 or not opening media upload on clicking.

 Wordpress have not given id for upload button.

 Go to
 Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Header Image
 Click on Current Header is not clickable
