 This sounds like a translation issue, the
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/ja/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=55321
 date format string] probably should not have '月' there if the month name
 already contains it.
