 When you create a post and then write the tags, you can accidentally make
 a mistake in a tag. But you cant edit this tag (only delete and write
 again). This can be annoying, especially if the tag is quite long. I
 propose to introduce an inline window similar to the editing of links in
 the text for quick editing of tags (in example, when the mouse hover on
 the required tag).
