 Hi there,

 I recently installed the WP 4.3 update. As an admin, there is no problem
 with uploading and accessing media to put them into posts.

 Other users have the user role "Editor" and can't access the media
 library. When they press the Add Media button in the editor, the media
 popup pops up and it would be possible to upload media, but when changing
 to the media library tab, the little waiting symbol right below the two
 tabs keeps spinning and spinning.

 When changing the Editor's user role to Admin, everything works fine.

 Problem persists with default theme and with all deactivated plugins.
