 With 33184.8.diff, I'm seeing an issue with the result area size on
 iphone5 size screen:

 Unfortunately it looks like the culprit is the height calculations in
 `itemSectionHeight`. I tested without this max-height adjustment and
 didn't find much difference, whoever added it could speak to that.

 I will do a bit more digging, patch incoming as well.
