 Having draggable elements on touch screen devices doesn't work well in
 most cases. It interferes with the standard scrolling, dragging an element
 off the page doesn't scroll it either. Examples: Menus, Widgets, Dashboard
 (rearranging the layout), Customizer => Menus and Widgets, etc. This is
 especially bad on Android as drag/drop is disabled for iOS in several
 places.
