 Limiting the output to the most commonly used sizes was intentional and I
 doubt we'll be adding more any time soon. There are hooks that let plugin
 authors add sizes that they deem necessary, as outlined in
 [http://make.wordpress.org/core/2015/07/27/site-icon/ this make/core
 post].
