Comment:

 Patch 5 works for autofocus but does not for navigating with the mouse. It
 is not reliable to test with just autofocus because it happens after the
 Customizer loads and therefore will have the correct heights to calculate
 as the contextual items are already loaded in the UI. This is not the case
 when you use the mouse.
